In Science we performed an experiment on life boats. In this activity we talked about buoyancy and buoyant force. The kids tried to see how many pennies could fit in the boat (cup) before it would sink. We did this experiment over a few days changing the size of our boats. After the experiment we drew graphs in our science jounals showing the outcome of our experiemnt.

After reviewing what we did on this experiment I would like for you to comment on what you learned from it. You could also tell me what you liked most or least. Another opition is to tell me what could we do to change the experiment if we did it again. Have fun and remember you comments should be in complete sentences before you submit them.
THE PART I LIKE THE MOST IS WHEN WE PUT IN THE PENNIES ON THE CUPS AND WE COUNTED THE PENNIES IF YOU PUT A IOT OF PENNIES THE CUP WILL FALL DOWN ON THE WATER
ReplyDeleteDear Mrs. McDaniel
ReplyDeleteI love the experiment when we got the 2 cups and put it in a tub of water so we can see how much it will take until it sunk.
I liked the part when we used the short cup. It would take 12 pennies for it to sink.
ReplyDeleteI thought it was really fun but first we put 26 pennies in the cup. Then we got 36 I think?
ReplyDeleteDear Mrs. McDaniel
ReplyDeleteI like the part when we use the small cup. It took 14 pennies to sink.
Dear Mrs. McDaniel,
ReplyDeleteI liked the part when we made the Life Boats it was so
FUN. It took 28 pennies for the cup to sink in the water.
My hypnotist was 20 pennies for the cup to sink.,
But I was wrong I was 8 away from the right answer.
But it was still fun .I hope you liked it as much as I
did I also liked the other experiments we did in
the class I hope you liked the experiments to
It was so fun I love the experiments we did together.
